Many animals are just not happy in new environments. You and Your Pet’s Best Friend will come to your home and do just about anything that your furry, feathered, or scaled babies needs while you are away or just need help. No house pets are off limits.
In home pet sitting services allows your pets to remain in their own environment, and on their own schedule. We offer daily pet sitting visits, dog walking, administering of medication, insulin, sub Q fluids, and REIKI for you and your pets, pet taxi service to transport your precious babies to your veterinarian or groomer, we will even leash walk your kitty. We also will pick up needed supplies in the LA area.
Our rates depend on distance from my home and number of visits. For now, I'd like to concentrate on the West Hollywood, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Hancock Park, Silverlake, Beverly Hills, areas for pet sitting, however I will travel anywhere at the rate of $.50 a mile for Reiki services beyond 6 miles from my home.
About Linda
Linda has always been a lover of animals. She started as a child by catching caterpillars and frogs and trying to give them a better home, not realizing that that was the wrong thing to do.
Her first pet was a guinea pig named Lucy given to her by her third grade teacher. At this point Linda knew animals were the love of her life. After Lucy died, being that Linda and her entire family have allergies to animals, Linda only got to experience pets vicariously through others. YES, I SAID LINDA has animal allergies.
As a child, she then started pet sitting, dog walking for her neighbors, and raising guppies that ate each other. At the age of 18 ignoring animal allergies Linda adopted her first 2 cats Miggy and Tasje from ASPCA in NYC. Where they then moved to Los Angeles in August 1986.
After the passing of her 2 beloved kitties, one with a brain tumor and one with heart 
disease 3 days apart, Linda then added Arnie, Stella, Moe, Stanly, and Olivia to her LA family. Linda has been volunteering and learning with different veterinarians and pet adoptions for 25 yrs. She also volunteers at Shambala the big cat preserve in Acton CA.
While pursuing her acting career Linda started her own pet sitting service in the early 1990s where she got licensed bonded and insured as she was working her way out of waitressing. While studying healing with her Reiki master mother. Linda then decided to incorporate Reiki into her animal practice. Linda is a Usui Reiki Master, and has been practicing on people and animals since the 1990s and became a Reiki master in January 2001.
Linda currently lives with her 16 yr old cat Stanley and her recent kitty rescue Mitzi.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a hands-on healing method that originated in Japan. The practitioner channels healing energy through her hands to the person or animal through a light touch either directly on the body or from a distance. Reiki is based on the idea that all living beings have life energy flowing through them.
